AyBu Game Applications Privacy Policy

 
This Privacy Policy will come into force when the persons (Users) who will access the applications developed by AyBu Game install the Application on their devices.

This Privacy Policy includes provisions regarding the collection, use and processing of User information in order to benefit users from the services within the scope of the Mobile Application. AyBu Game may unilaterally change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing it on its Application. The provisions of the Privacy Policy amended by AyBu Game shall enter into force on the date of publication in the mobile application.

If users want to leave the application, they can simply uninstall it from their device.

1. Use of Information: As AyBu Game, the information that the user enters during the application usage period is taken when needed within the application and the device location information is not kept in the storage areas.

In case of payment via the application, card, password and similar information are not recorded. Payment cancellations and refunds are resolved by contacting the relevant unit within the institution.

2. Sharing of Information: AyBu Game will not share user information in the Mobile Application with third parties.

3.User Permissions: These are permissions that must be approved by the User and are obtained without approval in order for the features of the application to work compatible with the device.

Storage Permission: This permission allows the application's data to be stored in the device's memory.

5. Trademark and Copyright:Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, storage of applications registered under the name of AyBu Game (all elements of the Mobile Application, including but not limited to design, text, images and other codes) and all other illegal situations lead to the liability of the user in accordance with the Decree Law No. 556 on the Protection of Brands, Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other relevant legislation. By accepting this Privacy Policy, users accept, declare and undertake that they will act in accordance with the rules regarding the use of the AyBu Game brand and logo.
